Whataburger - Roanoke

Horrible, horrible staff. I went through the drive-through and ordered a sausage breakfast on a bun, and when I made it to my office, there was no sausage. No big deal really but I went through the drive-through the following day and politely let themknow that the previous day they had forgotten to put sausage on my breakfast on a bun. The store manager said well that's weirdand handed me my order with no offer to replace my sausage that was missing the previous day. Again, no big deal. She did saywell this one has sausage on it, and I said I'll check. She then proceeded to tell me to get out of her drive-through or she'sgoing to call the police. I asked her not to be so rude and give me a second to check my order before I drove off. She thenproceeded to call the police. I went ahead and drove off, but I will never ever return to this store again. I like Whataburgerbut the Whataburger in Roanoke will never see a dime from me again.

Look, if I'm going to complain on Google for bad service, then I'm going to go out of my way to compliment good service. It's Halloween. They're slammed in the drive thru. The dine in lobby is steadily busy. The staff is SUPER FRIENDLY. Joshua (onreceipt) was really nice, brought my food to me, really really courteous. Food was piping hot and fresh. This is now myfavorite location, hands down. Thank you Roanoke WB for a great experience, good food, and a moment to relax after a night ofwalking kiddos around trick-or-treating. Much needed comfort food ????

Always love me some Whataburger. This trip was great because the typically long lines were non-existant. Very friendly staff.

Excellent customer service. As I was walking up an employee was entering the building ahead of me. He was fast enough ahead where you wouldn't expect him to hold the door open for me but he did. The cashier was awesome and friendly and we had our fooddelivered to our table with a condiment tray. I had to look around and make sure I was in a day food burger place. Staff wasawesome, and of course the burgers were good too. This location is run the right way.

Just wanted to express how proud I am of the young man Mr. Ernest. So respectful. Handed me my food with the most heart felt smile. The time I needed a smile the most, He was there at the ready. Thank you young man. (And no i ve never met Him before????
