Mcdonald's - Robbinsville

The service was quick and welcoming. The food was excellent!

I've been there a few times and I understand that mistakes can happen. However, my most recent visit had the worst service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant.

I could never hate McDonald's your service and food are served hot, fast and with a smile.

It was a couple times. Sometimes they make mistakes I understand. But this last time there was the worst service I've ever received from a fast food place. When I got into the window, they had the wrong order. I had to tell them what I ordered. No biggie right? Then... The outside of the cups was covered with soda. 3 drinks dripping soda because of loose lids. Sundae had a loose lid, ice over my car on Soda. Now they only give two cup carriers. So I am alone with several dripping, spilling drinks without putting them. I had to remind her to give me my Sundae-Btw. You said I had everything. No. 2 stars because the food was made good. The service was wild this day. It was like they threw a new guy in the drive and told him to swing him.
