Debonairs Pizza

I ordered dinner delivery from this restaurant and it cost R 150-200 per person. The food was average, with a rating of 3 out of 5. However, the service and atmosphere were both lacking, with ratings of 1 out of 5 for each.

I placed a phone order for two large Hawaiian pizzas with extra bacon at 5:12 PM. At 6:40 PM, I called again to ask where the pizzas were. They told me they were on their way. By 7:10 PM, I had to drive down to KFC and buy food for my children because the pizzas still hadn't arrived. I was very disappointed and will not be ordering from this store again. Service: Delivery. We ordered pizzas at 8 and it's now 10 and we still haven't received our orders. We tried calling the restaurant and found out it was closed. The service was poor, the staff were difficult to deal with, and we had trouble placing our order, having to call three times. I'm feeling upset and hungry. As a result, I'll be going to bed with an empty stomach. Service: Delivery.

Not even 1 star because this place's service is so bad. I called at 20:30 they said my pizzas will be here in 30 mins. Guess when I get my pizzas? never. I never got my pizzas. Please sell small pizzas for chicken cram decker snd chicken cram crust. It doesn't make sense to me because you were selling the chicken cram decker small while it was on promotion. What changed now? Large chicken cram decker is too expensive and too much for one person. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 100–150
