Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Terrible experience every time we 've been here. Today was our last visit. 5 flavors are completely non functioning because the machines are broken . The two non fruit flavors were empty and the girl at the counter said I can put more in but I don 't know when it 'll be ready . This happens every time we 're at this location. Save your money and hit chic fil a across the parking lot or cold stone just down the road. The floor was also filthy.

Everytime I go to Warner Robins. I look forward to going to Menchies. I went on Thursday March 21 around 4:00 pm. They were out of 8 flavors which is way over 1/2 of their inventory. I was very disappointed and we just left. I didn’t even make a purchase. There was no need my favorite which is cake batter and my husband’s favorite was out. His is chocolate. I’m not sure if I will ever make a stop. I might but at this time I definitely will not.

Yogurt was good, but it was hard to get any service as the employees and what I think was the manager were more interested in hanging out together than working. They've even got people who don't work there coming and going into the back as if this were a club house and not an eating establishment. It would have been a pretty good experience otherwise.

Yogurt and service was great today, as usual. The bathroom needs major help. The door is disgusting. The trash can is rusty and needs replaced. Management should seriously address these issues as they are not indicative of cleanliness.
