Feedback gevenWorst KFC I've ever been too. The buffet never has food on it the manager acts like she can justify the lack of service and the fact these people can't count past two. Her excuse is she's always short handed but the funny part is I've counted the amount ofemployees I can see and she's not short handed. The place is dirty can't get A clean table. When you ask if they can put itemson buffet they look and act like you asked for A kidney. It doesn't matter if you order buffet or too go she will justify herlack of customer care/service every time! Corporate needs too remove this manager and get someone who else. Have improvedlately.
Was looking for something to eat besides burgers today so we thought we would stop and eat buffet lunch because we had always liked it. But they told us that they are not going to have buffet anymore they got rid of it. So doubtful that we will be back.
I've come to expect that KFC will mess up my order at the drive-thru. While the food is tasty, it seems like the employees might be either underpaid, overworked, or perhaps both. Why not increase the prices to offer them better pay? That way, they might start getting my order right. Right? Wrong. Oh well. I guess we should just raise the prices and compensate them better anyway.
I haven't visited this restaurant in a long time due to poor food quality, and I regret giving them another chance today. The biscuits were tough, the chicken was undercooked and rubbery, and the mac and cheese was inedible. That's it for us; we won't be returning.
Each time I've gone to retrieve my refund, I’ve been told it’s not available, and I've been treated poorly by the staff. The last time I visited, I was even yelled at as if I were in the wrong for simply asking for my money back. I've received two gift certificates—one during my first attempt to collect my refund and another that was mailed to me. However, I’ve been consistently told that my refund is ready, yet every time I go to collect it, it’s still not there. They knowingly served me spoiled food, and somehow I’m the one being blamed for wanting my refund. I strongly advise against eating here. You risk being served old food, getting sick, and facing blame if you seek compensation!
