Just a horrible experience. Was asked to give my order while worker was in the middle of making another persons order completely blowing me off half the time. Then the grill cook kept looking back at me as she made my sandwich, then proceeded to make a sandwich with the most hot sauce I’ve ever seen in my life. I specified “no blue cheese add ranch” was given almost ZERO ranch and extra triple the hot sauce. Completely ruined sandwhich. Customer service is absolutely horrible, nobody has even close to a smile on their face everybody wants you gone as soon as you enter. Just a horrible horrible experience for a place I’ve loved for so many years

The sub was fresh and very good. The workers were very friendly.

Terrible experience. Didn't get all the food I ordered for an online pickup and the sandwich was wrong. Didn't see this mistake until I got home and opened everything. Reached out and never heard back. So disappointing.EDIT: Emailed them per their response below and haven't heard anything back almost a week later, so they don't really care.

8/11/23 the employees that worked on this night were extremely rude. They actually acted like they were upset We were there. They barely spoke three words to us, didn’t even ask what kind of bread we wanted or anything . we got home with the food and it got worse from there. I will not be going back to this place.
