Baita Monte Pigna - Roccaforte mondovi

Few snow few plants in operation. The few well maintained slopes. Restaurant bar in operation. Selfservice enough. Slow ovovia. The return track to the station closed for lack of snow in the final stretch. Clean approach road . Large post for little turnout. Ski rental snowshoe boots closed. Daily subscription € 22. Accessible other restaurant cabin with walk of 300 m. Lovely view of the Alps from the Marittime to the Monte Rosa.

I spent the evening of 31/12 in this cabin with a group of friends! To get to the cabin there is a wonderful vintage cable car. Great welcome from the staff. Perfect menu, warmly served and revered, many hot and good dishes accompanied by red, white and prosecco. We then slept in the dormitories and the day after breakfast. Patrizia was very patient, kind and helpful to all our requests. The package ascent in the hut, dinner, living room, breakfast, descent quality price perfect! We're definitely coming back!

When the snow graces us of its presence, it is really a place to visit, with food to try and... a beautiful sun to take! Few plants, but comfortable, easy and with snowy fields well. Only the ovovia that climbs from Lurisia is... of a slowness and length now out of time. We hope that greater presences push the managers to....to speed up the plant!

We were skiing there 2 days at the end of January and we really found a BELLISSIMA SORPRESA: this New Management knows how to do here! It has successful and super-inviting initiatives both at an economic and qualitative level...The Friday Skipass at 10 Euro is a brilliant finding to make Pigna know about the new skiers that with that figure in the Mondolè area would not even ski 1 hour! But then not only...the sympathy and availability of Patrizia Company have really conquered us...Amo Lurisia since I was born, and see that there are people able to value one of its most important aspects and believe it with so much passion fills my heart with joy and enthusiasm! Also pleased the wonderful snow and a beautiful sunny weekend...we spent 2 really fantastic days! Bravissimi...10 And LODE...Read more!!!

I was New Year in this local 2 nights (20 young people) The agreed prices have changed as soon as we arrived, we received requests to silence (1 other host family) at 18.00 playing cards, service and poor cleaning, delay on the delivery of tickets to ski the next day, New Year's dinner to forget (despite being full of people the management has yelled at us even with heavy insults on absurd things we had to silence), I did not find positive sides. Bad hospitality and opportunity to welcome people, I would not recommend it absolutely
