Mcdonald's Restaurants - Rochdale

I have been sitting here for nearly 39 minutes, and the food is cold. Manager Bailey seems to be having a bad day, but that is no excuse for the poor customer service. Overall, the experience was very disappointing from beginning to end.

This is (unfortunately) our local McDonald’s and our kids like Maccies, so we are stuck with this joke of a restaurant. It’s become past a joke now, every single order is wrong, missing food, wrong items, awful customer service from disinterested staff and if you need to use the toilets when in there, hold you nose, poor hygiene standards. This is the worst McDonald’s in the UK , must be. Avoid at all costs , honestly drive somewhere else it’s dire, avoid, avoid, avoid

Last time I reviewed this place I had to give them a shocking review and rightly so. This time was a slight improvement although I can't give a glowing review until the breakfast wrap is BACK ON THE MENU. There isn't a thing I crave more in the world, especially after a couple of bottles of fortified tonic wine the night before. Me and the wife left slightly disappointed because of this and got into a huge fight later this morning and I actually had to make a fry up myself. Just bring it back McDonald's. Seriously

Shocking really, ice cold burger and soggy yet cold chips. Mcflurry had what seemed like lumpy bits of ice stuck in it and the only thing that was half decent was my milkshake. Binned it

The food was absolutely stone cold and they got the order wrong,even though they asked for the order twice Terrible food service .
