Bruegger's Bagels - Rochester

I had a fantastic sandwich and the garlic bagels were delightful. They also did a great job accommodating my special requests. Thank you!

The egg sausage sandwich was delicious. The woman I spoke with went out of her way to ensure that a garlic bagel was used. Thank you for the extra effort; it is truly appreciated!

DoorDash provided great service! However, Bruegger's did not quite hit the mark. The egg sandwiches were very good, but I ordered a half dozen bagels and didn't receive the whole wheat, blueberry, or cinnamon raisin I asked for. Instead, I got an everything bagel, a sugar cinnamon bagel, and an Asiago bagel. Hmm, those substitutions weren't to my taste!

I would like my money back. We order from here 3x a week roughly, and we get the same thing everytime. All 3 bagels came on WHEAT everything bagels instead of regular. Didnt call us to ask what substitute we wanted. And the first dasher Andrew said the store employees mentioned "we are only doing orders for real customers right now" referring to the customers in the store. Very unexpected of brueggers but this is not at all what we ordered. Dasher Rob was great though

The breakfast sandwiches are some of the best in the city and the hash browns are splendid as well
