Chipotle Mexican Grill - Rochester

In the line that person made my food was ok, but the cassians at the end of the line that took over on the salat side was rude, had no manating / customer service, and naked asking to me in incomplete mumbelte I could not understand. when she tried to put the lid on my bowl without asking if I wanted to do something else at this end, I told her to stop it, I wanted salat guacamole. she looked at me as if I had worried her, and she said more. in a statement like stand-offish. I told her it was okay. then she only put a small salate and hardly a guac. (less than normal. When I went to the register, I asked about guacamole and chips, and she mumbled on me. when I asked what she said, she was even more rude than if I was was wasting her time. I have no idea what she said. the accounting was also disappointing. in the backend I saw a girl who worked with food without gloves. admitted, she did not touch the food directly, she used utensilien, but she also touched her crooks and face, moved around a sober cleansing store, then pulled her hand back over the food and on the utensilis. if I were a germphobic, I would have freaked out. but I was on a midday break with limited time and hunger, and hungry pains outweighed the rough out. it also looked like she just started, and I was hoping her 't make that eat already in the line I was eating. 2 stars in the service, because the first braut that makes my bowl was ok, pleasant and polite. otherwise it would have been less. normally I love chipotle and normally it's a good experience, but this time it wasn't.

This chipotle probably has the worst service I ever dealt with. I went today to get a bowl at 4pm, as soon as a come in there is two workers in the front. One wearing a long sleeve and the other not. The one without the long sleeves is playing around with workers, singing, basically doing everything but trying o get orders done. I do not recommend no one going here unless they want to sit and watch a worker sing instead of helping you get your food in and out.

Staff was VERY rude and instead of servicing the customer they cleaned, stood around, didn't acknowledge customers and instead of taking orders so noone would just be standing around they continued to shift food around without saying anything to anyone. Three customers and myself just decided to leave. So disappointedService: 1/5

The workers have always been friendly when I go, but when ordering online sometimes the orders get mixed up or made incorrectly. Never an issue in person though, and the wait around dinner time usually isn't awful.When the order is correct it's very tasty, but has a 50/50 chance of putting me in gastrointestinal peril.Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk ramp leading into entrance, however there is a gap in the railing that is large enough a powered wheelchair can fall through and cause injury. I have seen paramedics called for an incident with this.

This was probably the second time we tried Chipotle and two locations and this time it went like this...First off the room is small, real small and the tables are a mixed bag of various styles, but all of them were sucky...As you 're sitting to eat the line of patrons are just over your shoulder staring down at you and given the current pandemic cautions having people carry on a conversation over your table is less than hygienic...Maybe a Plexiglas divider would help keep this from happening... Next the music was so loud I couldn 't really hear the less than enthusiastic employee ask me the questions regarding my order...Since we weren 't familiar with the menu and such we were made to feel like it was a bother to ask more than once what the server said, due to the blaring music as well as the ambience of steel and high ceilings...Now for the food...I though my bowl of spicy beef was tasty and massive at least for me, I liked it...My wife on the other hand was less than satisficed with her salad bowl selection...The lettuce was sparce and given the point that this was a salad bowl made this dish strange...Picture getting a hamburger with lettuce and finding out that the burger was smaller than the lettuce leaves, you get it...Anyway...The drink fountain was tasty and ice cold with various selections to chose from...The damage was about $26 bucks with tax...I guess it wasn 't bad but it wasn 't for us...Give them a try and you decide...
