Douglass Dining Hall - Rochester

A large number of staff don't have good customer service, the food has been unsafe and unsanitary many times, most of the newer staff seem to have no training whatsoever, I've had rotten lettuce and other produce multiple times, and I think a majority of the food here is old or stale. There was an incident when the management was willing to use rotten tomatoes in food that was made and thankfully a staff member refused to serve them. This is atrocious if I ever eat here again I will go over to Danforth hall the food there I'd much better quality and seems fresher.

For dining hall, food here couldn't get any better. We believe our son would find most everything he likes here. There are so much options to choose from daily.The staff does a fantastic job, providing food to the crowd with a smile.Great food, great service....

A beautiful space with a wide variety of options. In COVID times, though, it feels awfully crowded.
