Insomnia Cookies - Rochester

The cookies are always delicious, I am just sad because we didnt get the actual cookies we ordered.

The first time I ordered, I only got half my order and had to call someone to get a refund on the second item (wasnt the same amount that I paid). The second time my order didnt come at all, I called a representative (she was amazing), they said they were going to deliver it again and never did.

They gave me 2 extra deluxe cookies so I was really happy about that! Insomnia cookies are so good, especially for late night cravings. Thanks!

Got a free extra cookie, really loving this place over crumbl. better quality, distance from my house, and huge portioning. the deluxe cookies were HUGE in size, definitely worth their extra pricing.

I love the cookies here. The gluten-free chocolate chips are my favorites. I have to shout out a couple of employees also. First, I have to shout out Anella. I won't make this long, but I will say she was very nice friendly. It's always nice to walk into an establishment be greeted with a big smile a pleasant attitude. After running into Anella, I found myself smiling feeling pleasant. Thank you! I also have to shout out Shantal, who was also very pleasant friendly on my next visit. Thank you for great customer service!
