Jim's At The Mall - Rochester

I eat out every day and recently discovered that Jim's is an excellent spot for breakfast. The Late Riser Breakfast offers fantastic value, including a fruit cup, juice, coffee, eggs, and the new sausage links, all at a very reasonable price. I can't say enough about the friendly staff, from the owner Elena to Holly and Irene. For me, dining isn’t just about the food; it’s a social experience with the staff. I truly appreciate the warmth and kindness I've found at Jim's.

I've never experienced a lengthy wait for food or received small portions here. The meals are always served hot and exactly as ordered. I really enjoy the coffee; I wouldn't drink it if it were bitter. It's among the best in the area, and the server consistently makes sure my cup is full. I love this restaurant and have been a loyal customer for years, even if I don’t always order food.

Wife and I recently started eating here on a friend's recommendation. It's been a long time since I had such a great culinary experience! I had the best steak sandwich, Mac-Salat and Fritten I've ever had here! the service was great and prompt and the prices were very reasonable. I'm back for 4 weeks and every experience was the same. Kudos for everything right! We're Loyal customers now. The best!!!!

Hubby n I am patrons of this place for millennia...yeah no type, but it is many decades. Owners and most service books n guys recognize us and we appreciate that! Sometimes the brkfst food misses the destination, but it's okay... Music is sometimes not on n it changes from a rithym to another... love Elena, Holly, Jeremy to name a few!

I loved it. The food was very good. I enjoyed it with my 2 favorite people in the world who recommended it and I will come to this place again. I wish there was one by me in Syracuse!!
