Kfc - Rochester

The customer service here was terrible. I even overheard one of the employees cursing and complaining about a customer who was just asking a simple question. My husband and I ordered five pieces, but we only received four after waiting for 15 minutes. It would have been acceptable if they had at least informed us that they were waiting on something to be prepared, but they didn’t say a word. One employee went out of their way to avoid us whenever we had a question, even something as simple as asking for sauce, which they never offered us. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

I stopped by to pick up a few items and ended up waiting nearly 10 minutes for just three things. They forgot the fries and then, without any gloves on, proceeded to eat chicken right in front of me before finally putting the fries in the bag.

I visited the location in Henrietta, and unfortunately, my experience with the service was very disappointing. The staff member was disrespectful and rude; she slammed my cup down on the counter. When I arrived through the drive-thru, the same girl was talking loudly on her cell phone. I initially went through the drive-thru, and her behavior was exceedingly disrespectful there as well. It was so frustrating that I didn’t even receive my order. This happened on November 26, 2022, at 6:30 PM.

Night shift was very rude to me for no reason, came in around 7 ordered an 8 piece for me and friend, lady at the register was nice. order was brought out to me by some thin brunette chick that gave me attitude for no reason, she set it on the counterthen waited for a few seconds and then looked over at us and sith an attitude announced the order. Then when we went to pick itup we told her to have a nice night and she said mhm with an attitude and it was uncalled for.
