Very nice cashier Very friendly and engaged with me in conversation. I Really like the employees happy and friendly attitude It's a welcoming place. Great Job employees . I will be back.

Great food! And great service! A little pricy for the amount of food you get. But the Mediterranean sandwich and black bean soup is awesome! I have a free trial of their Sip Club! Which I use every day. But I don't think it's something I big would payfor. I would not get delivery from them again. I've gotten it twice and they didn't put it where I asked and never notified mewhen it arrived.

I ordered 4 pick 2 meals. I used the Panera app. When the food arrived, the order was missing one of the sandwiches and a beverage. When I called, the gentleman who ordered said he could give me a credit. I said I didn 't want the credit, I wantedthe food. He rudely stated that we wouldn 't get it unto 2pm, because it is lunch time and they are busy . I was a littletaken back by the tone, as this was not my mistake and I already paid for it. I order from these guys all the time and usuallydon 't have a problem. I would suggest checking your order BEFORE the deliery guy leaves.

Ordered online and they forgot a sandwich and my soup was crushed and dripping all over the bottom of the bag. The only reason I am posting this is because this has happened more than once. Other Panera's in the area are better.

Online order almost always wrong. Usually missing a side item so I typically just let it go. Had an overall negative experience with my most recent order however. It was missing a whole sandwich. I ordered on a Thursday and called right away. The associate couldn 't refund same day but will do it first thing in the morning . Gave it a couple days to account for the weekend, norefund. So I went in. No, sorry for the inconvenience , nothing. They seemed like they just wanted to get me out of there. Infact they were in the middle of refunding another customer for missing their items. Disclaimer:This review doesn 't reflect myexperience with the delivery driver. They were fast and nice.
