Raj Mahal Indian - Rochester

I recently tried Indian cuisine for the first time and I was thrilled with my experience. The food was full of flavor, not overly spicy, and the meat was perfectly cooked and tender. I particularly enjoyed the appetizer I ordered and the presentation of the dishes was modern and impressive. I highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to come back! I wish I had taken better photos, but I was too busy enjoying the delicious meal.

The food is incredible. The atmosphere is clean and vibrant. The waitstaff is extremely friendly and accommodating. It has an authentic vibe.

The butter chicken, naan, and appetizers were all delicious! I would definitely order them again.

Best Indian food in Rochester! We were just with a group of 18 for a birthday party. We called so they could be prepared for us, but I'm sure they could have accommodated us if we just got in.

I love their food. Especially the southern Indian food. Only complain I have is the balance of salt in some of the food. Some dish sauces taste so salty that it's hard to swallow. With the tasty spices, most times only a little bit of salt is needed for the dish to be superb. Too much of it is terrible. Please and kindly taste the dishes you make before adding anymore salt.
