Rochester Smokehouse Bbq

I would like to thank Jeff at Rochester Smokehouse for the AMAZING BBQ at my wedding reception. They went over and over preparation all amazing BBQ. We had smoked chicken, wings, pulled pork mouth watertight. Ragin Cajun coleslaw and the 7 cheese Mac and cheese. Jeff carefully prepared everything, his brother delivered it to our reception directed professional chaffing dishes, illuminated the Heckos and had ice packages under the cold sides. He delivered shields that describe each dish, and the serving utensils are warmer for the extra food. His attention to detail was shown not only in the establishment and presentation of his food, but in the quality of each dish. Everyone flew over the food and we couldn't have been happier!! Thank you, I'm sorry I could only rate it 5 in my opinion RSH deserves a 100 review. Thank you. Again!!!

Very clean, professional, melt in your mouth taste and kick it on a notch with some spices if you want. Only if you thought you would never cook like your mother or grandmother, Rochester Smoke House happened! The Plenipotentiaries are very associated with the community that helps the needy. No bad mood with Big Smoke. Support this little business!

Jeff got our wedding on the 27th. May celebrated and really had no disappointments. He has the most friendly soul and keeps constantly in contact with you to ensure that everything is done exactly as you want it! He was our favorite provider for our wedding. The food is really from this world. We had a friend who said he was at several weddings, and this food was the best he ever had. We can't wait until the restaurant is open! We can never thank you enough

The bride is phenomenal!! The best I've ever eaten. The baby backs were just as good, but I'm in LOVE with the potato salad. Lol.

Jeff really went above and beyond to help me figure out a menu all my NYE guests would enjoy and the amount of food I needed. He even prepared us some very fresh seafood. We had U15 fresh Gulf shrimp grilled on bamboo skewers and cocktail. The shrimp was gobbled up first. We also made us blackened Grouper and grilled Salmon with some sauces to try. I think sweet Chili was my favorite but many of the others loved the Habanero. The baby back ribs were awesome. I personally love the spicy ones. We had BBQ baked beans, smoky Mac n cheese, and potato salad that were da bomb. I highly recommend Rochester Smokehouse for catering needs. Now that I know he is there and that I can get smaller portions, he will be catering my family dinner table some nights. Awesome job Jeff!
