Sapori Cafe Catering - Rochester

I want to express my gratitude to Sapori Cafe Catering for the exceptional food and service provided at my son's wedding. The food was amazing and their staff was incredibly hardworking, polite, and professional. Despite having a small kitchen to work from, Chef Joe delivered outstanding results. Thank you once again for helping to make this wedding a truly memorable occasion.

Gourmet lunch options abound at this cute location within the Powers Building downtown. I particularly recommend their chili. But then there's the breakfast sandwiches and the meatball subs.....so good. Just a bit more expensive than average

I ordered a pesto panini with chicken and the seafood chowder, both of which were delicious. The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained, but a bit tricky to locate from the main street - definitely a hidden gem. However, I wish they had a better variety of soft drinks and the wait, even with a short line, was a bit long. If you're in a hurry (less than an hour), I recommend ordering online and picking up - it's worth it.

I happened to be in the area for a meeting when my coworker suggested grabbing lunch here. We glanced over the menu on the wall and I ordered a grilled cheese, a cup of broccoli cheddar soup and a Reese's peanut butter cup cookie. The cookie was amazing, like worthy of making a special trip back amazing, but the soup not so much and the grilled cheese... well, it was grilled cheese.

Sapori catered my rehearsal dinner with a buffet style of cheese board, cannolis, pasta, chicken French, prime rib, and stuffed haddock. The owner was sensitive to dietary restrictions and special requests. Everything was meticulously perfect: the presentation and food was better than than any caterered buffet style food I?ve ever had. Everything was so fresh, you could tell it was prepared RIGHT before being served, which often isnt the case with buffet style. ALLof my guests were complimenting the food for days, saying it was the best prime rib they?ve ever had. We hired a bartender and server through Sapori and they were also great. The food and the staff impressed all of my family and friends. Wewill be using Sapori for any event in the future, large or small. So so so impressed!
