I didn't find the burgers thin. They are very tasty, especially with the beautified onions. I was back a few times and just go with a regular Single Snap Burger and it's perfect. The rolls, frits and soda taste great. The pommes are something on the salty side, but this is my only complaint. I hope they do it, I'll be back for more. For those who complain about the burgers too thin, go to a real restaurant like good luck if you want a massive burger
When Snap Burger opened, I was thrilled at first, I lived over the street from an inn out years ago and missed these delicious burgers! The first visits were so, small burgers, overcooked eclectic frits, overall it was good, but still a disappointment. HOWEVER, Since they have made changes, the burgers are now bigger, juicy and tasteful. The frits are fresh, perfectly cooked crisp! The place listened to their customers and changed better. You have more options to their menu for customers looking for something else than a burger, while I don’t have a fan away from the core product, I’m sure it was a need to go this place. Overall, if you tried it when it was opened and disappointed, it is time to try it again, the changes are real and you get a much better product than in the past.
This is the best and next thing at an In N Out Burger you can find in Rochester!! Can't believe I didn't know it was the first year of life in ROC! We're coming back!
Burger was great, real salad, tomatoes, juicy, makes a mess. Loaded pommes were great, but getting them alone, too much food on the burger. Service was excellent, clean, beautiful chalk drawings on a few walls.
People in Rochester LOVE to complain as evidenced by the reviews on here. Rochesterian Logic: Something is different? This must is trash! . Bigger is not always better. Get off ya 'll 's high horses.
