Solera Wine Lounge Cheshire - Rochester

Overall a very pleasant experience! I think I ordered Revived Corpse #2 or something along these lines and it was pretty impressive to say the least. The bartender was a real professional so it was nice to experience something like that, unlike someone who just fills glasses. The cocktail was perfectly served and not to mention the bartended was extremely polite. The total space was easy to break. Very basic venue. The downstair area is very blah, if not much goes in, but it's cool how to go up the rear stairs to the second story bar. I would call it the main bar. It was better than downstairs, but still blazing. The views were pleasant.

Very nice place. Cosy relaxing environment, with good wine selection and friendly service. Some beers are available for those who absolutely don't like wine or cannot have it, but still want to be there. Upstairs there is Cheshire, a cocktail bar with a fantastic lounge-like setting. They almost feel like London.

I love this place and the staff who work here. The wine bartender Jes was really helpful to choose a wine for the evening. The owner was super friendly and focused on our needs. If you want to go with a partner or even with your friends and want to be in a relaxed environment, this is definitely the place to be. Thank you for the hospitality.

Large selection of wines that often change. Quiet atmosphere too. Good for meeting and chatting.

Homey, and comfortable atmosphere. An absolute gem of find to get away and hide from the average day to day scene. Sebastian was accommodating and extremely polite. A good selection of wine, with options of cheese boards to pair with a good wine. Will come again, highly suggested to come after a nice meal or before with guests. Come for a quiet visit Monday-Thursday. Cocktails are upstairs Wednesday- Saturday.
