Feedback gevenDoes anyone actually work here? Waited 10 min at the drive in speaker, no one helped. Called the phone number, no one answered. Yet, three employees are sitting outside at the picnic tables. Surely everyone doesn’t go on their breaks at the same time
I wish I could give this a 0 star, but Google doesn’t roll that way. I ordered everything ahead on the app. Checked in when I arrived at the bay. Within minutes the screen prompted me that someone was bringing my food out, and then the screen cleared. No one ever came. I pressed the button, and the screen says “the red button has been activated. Someone will be right with you. No one ever responded. I had to call the restaurant. At this point it’s been half an hour and no one has helped me with anything or even attempted to see what I need. I had to call in myself and complain about their poor work ethic and long wait times. My food had been sitting on the counter done for half an hour. Instead of bringing it to me, they prioritized the drive through, which saw 15 cars go through, with an average turn around of about 2 minutes. So all of my food was cold, my children’s food was cold, my wife whom I was trying to do something nice for her food was cold. One exceptionally unhappy family. I will never eat at Sonic again. It’s the same experience at every location. Doesn’t anyone take pride in their work anymore? If you can’t figure out how to juggle turn around times, there’s a Chick fil A not even 1/3 of a mile down the road. They have customer service and turn around times down like real professionals.
I love Sonic slushes and that is the only reason I come here, I will say the location on W. Ridge Rd in Rochester looks extremely ran down and in need of some serious TLC. There was garbage all over the parking lot, one of the TV’s were just left hanging and their sidewalk where the employees walk in and out of was extremely dirty and can use a nice power wash.
We waited 40 minutes. The order was wrong and they did not give us all our food. After giving us our drink and we paid the staff would not talk to us. Finally after wait we gave up and left. Sadly this is the worst experience I have had at sonic.
The worst sonic location to go to! Always waiting no matter the line size. Customer service is horrible constantly rude and blaming staffing issues? (Their issues have been long before covid). Food is always either burnt or or which also makes no sense.
