The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the food was delightful. It was exactly what we needed after a long day of traveling.

This restaurant, located within the hotel, has a pleasant atmosphere. The food and drinks are quite good. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

I was looking forward to trying this restaurant, but my experience was disappointing. Despite the place being nearly empty, the group ahead of me was informed that there would be a thirty-minute wait for food. Since I had arrived an hour early for my ride, I thought it wouldn't be an issue. However, after waiting for 15 minutes, I heard a young, frustrated waitress shouting, "Tell everyone they have to wait." There was no communication from the hostess aside from that. So, I decided to leave. It seems it's best to skip this place altogether, so I went to Starbucks instead.

(Winter 2022) CORSO is the Italian genre bar and restaurant on the main floor of the Hyatt Regency Rochester, New York USA. They serve mixed drinks, cocktails, and many beers from local breweries. Scan the provided QR code for kitchen selections and food menu. The serving staff is friendly and courteous; always service with a smile. It’s a good place to refresh yourself after work. The kitchen for meals usually closes near 10:00 PM. Hotel room service and take out is available from the dinner menu. You might occasionally hear music or dancing from a special event downstairs.
