Taco Bell - Rochester Hills

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through line with a total of 4 cars.It’s understandable that in the current age, help is always needed, and that understanding can give patience but this was highly undesirable of Taco Bell when there was not an apparent influx of orders to deem such a long wait time.A top the long wait time, my food was lukewarm.I will not look to return to this location due to the major issues within its operation to meet the needs of its customers and will advise others who are local to seek out other Taco Bell locations

Came at 7:30 it isn't open even though it says it is on the Google search. 0/5 clarify your hours

In lieu of a laxative, I'll usually just go to taco bell. Within hours my bowels are usually cleaned out.

Very average. Would be better if food looked like the picture. Expected quality matches the price.

I don 't like leaving reviews that are negative, especially for fast food chains but dang, this just didn 't do it. The service is okay drive thru attendee is awesome I love that dude. Whoever is working the back though, you could really do without. I got a grilled cheese burrito box, and the actual grilled cheese burrito came out completely burned, half of it smashed flat and poorly wrapped. I work as a manager for a different 'fast food ' chain and I don 't know, just doesn 't seem up to par. Oh and I asked for all diablo sauce, I got ONE green sauce packet.
