The staff at this restaurant were so warm and friendly. Paige, in particular, went out of her way to help us with our requests. The overall atmosphere was also very welcoming. It's rare to find service like this nowadays, so it was a pleasant surprise.

During my recent visit to Holland and Barrett in Rayleigh, I was welcomed by a very friendly staff member, who I believe was the manager of the store. As I was browsing through the products, this same employee took the time to explain to me what each product was and what I needed to support my weight loss journey. I will definitely be returning to this store because of this employee's exceptional service.

The restaurant offers a wide range of gluten-free options, making it nearly perfect for those with dietary restrictions. The free house hot chocolate is a must-try, and the establishment is fully accessible for wheelchair users. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and I even missed the entrance twice without noticing - it's that good.

Super friendly staff that takes their time to answer any question. small food freezer for e.g. vegetarian sausages. Essential oils, vitamins etc. everywhere, although their entire palette is not all more delicate, as it is a small load.
