The Solid Rock Cafe

Now called the Route 77 Rock Cafe. Stopped in for lunch, had sliders with fries, fried okra, and chocolate cream pie. Hand made patties, crispy fries and okra. This hit all the spots for me.

Absolutely a must! This is a small town diner with a big time flavor! Very reasonable costs and fabulous service each time!

Superb quality food and service. We had bay roast beef sandwiches for lunch and were amazed at the premium quality of food. The potatoes were fresh, the meat was superb, gravy homemade and the Texas toast was out of this world! Don't be in a hurry, because the homemade is made from scratch. So if your in a hurry, go to McDonalds 15 Miles away. The decor is 1950's with some sock hop music playing in the background. If you live in the Wichita area and are looking for a great place to eat, this is it!

First time here. Wait staff is friendly. Easy to find. Come back. If you need breakfast, this is not it.

Opened again a few weeks ago but with new owners and new name. Route 77 Cafe Great homemade meals. Breakfast is really good. Homemade hash browns, chicken fried steak and large pancakes. Don't hesitate to give it a try
