El Molcajete - Rock Hill

I've yet to try anything I didn't like on the menu, and I am slowly making my way through it. The guacamole, though, is what really caught my attention. How is it so creamy while still having good chunk? How do they do it?! I don't know, but I love it. Even my mother, who's picky, has specifically requested we go there for lunch when she drops by. And she orders extra guacamole to take home with her every time. I want some just thinking about it... Edit: two years and many visits later, I can still say that I have enjoyed absolutely everything I have tried on the menu. I'm not a picky eater, but it's still rare for me to be happy with everything on a menu. This is easily my favorite restaurant in Rock Hill, and it might be my favorite restaurant overall.

Great service and delicious food. Some of the best Mexican food in the area and delicious salsas to choose from.

Good restaurant ! Decent prices. It's located in a busy road so it's a little hard to get in and notice it, but you can have a good time.

Parking: Did not have any trouble finding a spot Kid-friendliness: We have a autistic granddaughter, and they treated her like anyone else

Best Mexican in Rock Hill. The salsa is homemade, and the service is great. The food is great, and the staff is wonderful. The building is older but they do their best to keep it clean. I highly recommend the shrimp cocktail! The lunch specials are affordable and great size. I could keep going on and on… great place.
