Papa Johns Pizza - Rock Hill

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant for a work project involving four different delivery orders for one of our clients. The staff went above and beyond, and we even received a text from the driver after delivering the orders! Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. Emily was particularly outstanding; she took the orders and ensured that everything was just right. Highly recommended!

I placed my order through the Papa John’s website, which was super easy and only took a minute. I tracked my order, and it arrived much earlier than expected. The delivery driver was incredibly kind and polite! My Pepsi was ice cold, the pizza was steaming hot, and it was absolutely delicious! A big thank you to everyone who handled my order! I will definitely be ordering again!

This Papa John’s is a bit hidden away. Alright, let’s be honest—it’s in a challenging area, often referred to as a "food desert." That said, there is a KFC and a KJ's in the same shopping center. The service was fast, and the staff were friendly, thoughtful, and grateful. Overall, it was a positive experience.

The young lady who took my order, I believe her name was Emily, was absolutely fantastic. She was kind and polite, and very willing to assist me with all my questions. She had a great sense of humor, which I appreciated since I tend to crack jokes when there's silence due to my anxiety. If she isn't in a management position already, she certainly deserves to be. Her customer service is truly exceptional. I’m giving 5 out of 5 stars because I have no doubt the food will be amazing with employees like her.
