Pizza Hut - Rock Hill

I ordered pizza and Cinnabon, within 3 hours I came down with food poisoning. It went on for 24 hours, will not be eating here again!

Ordered a pizza online for pick up. Show up and the order didn 't go through okay. So they say wait 15 min and we 'll make it. Wait 15 more min. Go back in... Oh the order didn 't go through WHAT?!? How do you talk to a person and them blame it on an order not going through How do you not make sure a lost order gets made. Omg. First time at the Hut in a while, such a bad experience. (42 min later still waiting)

Pizza ordered on Thursday was cooked to perfection!!The only thing that could have made it better would have been to eat it on a sit down location.

We have had exceptional service at this Pizza Hut! The GM, Christy, is a gem. She helped us serve our community by donating pizzas, breadsticks, and pop. Janaya was also wonderful and sweet. We are so grateful for what they have done for us and our local community. A big THANK YOU to Christy!
