Clean store and great staff. Took our order and got it in a very timely manner. Food looked good and the order was correct. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

They were made of sweet tea, and the menu was not up to date for what was currently available. Would not allow two orders to be placed during the trip thru line. The employees had an attitude after the building's revolving to a second order. Eating was just fine, but just beaten up.

Two times last week, I have instructed at this point to place an order, only to say they are just accepting door Dash. The problem is if you are in this line, you cannot get out of it and have to wait 15 minutes. You could post a sign before you enter. This is about frustrating and so unconsidered. I went to Cherry Street and was served right away. Not sure what happens at the Heckle Road site. They don't care.

The food here is great, the accuracy however is not as high as it should be. It seems like at least 2 out of every 3 orders is not right. I do like the quality of the food, I also appreciate the friendliness of the cashiers but I just can not give a 5 star review because the accuracy is subpar. Other than accuracy they get the rest of their stars no problem.
