Feedback gevenFound a hair in my food. Called and spoke with manager. Manager apologized and offered a store credit only. I declined the store credit. Just want to let people know my experience is all.
I visited the restaurant for lunch and it was not very busy. It took about 10 minutes for them to bring me the menu and take my drink order. After ordering, it took over 25 minutes for them to realize that my food had not been prepared. They apologized for a computer issue and took my order again. My food arrived 15-20 minutes later with burnt edges on the sandwich bread and lukewarm fries. The service was slow and disappointing, and I could have had a better sandwich at a fast food restaurant.
The food was good and the service was too. The burgers are slightly overcooked as per the local regulations I was told....get the chicken sandwich ?.
Love this rest/bar but went in last night at 930pm and I got I'm sorry the kitchen is closed.
First day in the kitchen and it’s going to be a wonderful experience
