The amount of mayonnaise on these sandwiches is excessive. It makes everything soggy and messy to eat. Nobody enjoys having so much warm mayo. Also, the small fries weren't even full.

I really didn't like the new automated speaker system. It was confusing, and I had no idea how to order some of the special items. They should consider going back to having a real person take orders instead.

I decided to order food for pickup since it had been years since I last visited because of their poor service. I thought I might have a better experience this time because there seemed to be more staff on duty. However, when I walked up to the window to pick up my order, despite seeing me there, the employees ignored me. They served two cars before finally coming over to ask what I needed. Once I told them it was a pickup and provided my name, I received my food quickly but had to wait an additional 2 to 3 minutes for two small drinks. When I got home, which is only a 2-minute drive away, I was shocked to find that my food was soggy and cold, as if it had been sitting out for hours—likely since lunchtime during the rush. This is particularly upsetting considering I spent over $20 on two meals and a chicken box. I will never return to Checkers again; the service and food quality are simply unacceptable. It's hard to understand how they can charge such high prices for subpar, cold, and unappetizing food. I strongly advise against visiting the Checkers on 18th Avenue. It’s a complete waste of time and money, and you might end up with food that tastes stale. After taking just a few bites, I have concerns that we might feel ill tomorrow. Overall, the customer service was terrible, the staff was very rude, and the food was far from fresh. Avoid this place at all costs!

Should be 0 stars!!! It?s crazy how there employees no nothing about there new deals. Tried ordering the ne 7$ mix n match meal. The lady said they don?t have that and made me order something else. On top of the the next person right behind me ordered thesame 7$ meal and he got it. Very bad service!

I had the chicken and fries box with ranch. The flavors was great. Fast service even though there was 3 cars in front of me.
