Mcdonald's - Rock Island

The lobby and restrooms are always well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and eager to help. If you prefer not to talk to anyone, there is also a kiosk in the middle of the lobby where you can place your order on a computer. I tend to be quite particular about where I eat, but I have no reservations about giving this place a full 5 stars. So whether you choose the drive-thru or prefer to dine in at the lobby, I highly recommend the McDonald's on 30th Street in Rock Island. Sincerely, John L. Keiffer

As we are all in a hurry these days we swung in and picked up a couple of sandwiches and drinks to get us by until dinner. Food was OK, but if you ask for no ketchup they only put ketchup on it and that has happened many times, it was warm and brings back memories of younger years when we ate this more often. We were pleased with the food and the workers were polite and efficient.

I often see an older man in casual clothing who doesn't wear a name tag but seems to be someone important, possibly a manager or owner. He’s frequently taking orders or helping to fulfill them, which is refreshing to see. It's rare these days to find an owner who is willing to work alongside their staff. He is always friendly to both customers and employees, and the same goes for the staff. Having a boss who actively supports their team makes a significant difference in employee and customer satisfaction. I wish I knew his name to give a proper acknowledgment, but I believe he plays a key role in this store’s success.
