Taco Bell - Rock Island

They slow af lame af goofy af ghetto af they just dumb they take forever to make your food and literally someone that ordered their food 10 minutes after me got it before me I asked them how that happen they talm bout um sir different people make your order man you needa hire different people das what you needa do only have it 2 star cause the food was decent really it's a 1 star matter a fact im giving it a 1 star

Went thru the drive through food was hot and fresh!

Strange, an employee who did not appear to have all his facilities about him instructed me to leave the drive thru and pull around. The problem is there is no way back to the lot besides the street! Confused me and was quite the feat given how backed up the street was. This was strange. Also I did not see the transaction go into the till.

On march 9 2024 went Thur the drive Thur order a party pack and taco/burrito pack. I get home and the burritos where not even wrapped I call for them to refund my money or to replace my order or to make it right so they wouldn't lose customer it seems like Everytime I go it's always something there I have give them chances after chances and they have failed every time I refuse to go back Taco bell and to top everything off the manager there that night told me that I was lying and to just eat my food cause there was nothing that he could do for me

Ordered the chalupas from here at around $5 a piece. Get home and all the meat that is on it is th size of a nickel. If I wanted veggie chalupas I would have said that. The crunch wrap also has no more than a quarter size of meat on it. Why pay the prices when you don't get the food you pay for.
