Subway - Rock Springs

2/12/2024DISAPPOINTING ?. There was no one eating in the lobby, there were two couples in line waiting to order, and one staff member who was making a sub for I don't know who, but was in no hurry. We could see it was going to be an unacceptably long wait. We left for the Arby's across the parking lot.One star ?.

The Manager made this the best subway we have been in!

Our last server, that was working on veggies, didn't really offer much of a smile, and also put so much salt and pepper on my sandwich that I couldn't even eat it. I mean an excessively large amount of salt and pepper.

Best location in town. And great employees too! Especially Susan!!! Always so nice and has a can do attitude! Haven’t had one bad experience with this location yet!
