Baci's Kitchen - Rockford

The food lacked flavor and we were even charged extra for bread. The service was abysmal. The waitress was unhelpful and kept responding with "I don't know" when we asked for recommendations. She seemed unhappy and was not attentive. We had to flag down another waitress to get her attention, as she was sitting in the back playing on her phone. It was not even busy, so there was no excuse for the poor service.

My friend and I both had different protein bowls, and both thought we were great! Good portion sizes too! Nice atmosphere as well.

She was actually sitting in the back, playing with her phone. It wasn't busy so no reason why the service was so poor!

The food was bland and cold. I got Chicken Pesto with a side salad. It was terrible. My friend got the Fried Goat Cheese salad. Salads were wilted and the tomatoes looked and tasted old. Overpriced for lunch. We are VERY disappointed. Will not be back.

We enjoy Baci's everytime we go! Food is great, service is good. Everytime! This place is a gem!
