Culver's - Rockford

This is one of the worst culvers. Ordered a basket and an additional large pepsi, kid hands me a pepsi then tells me they don't have pepsi! Asked what did he jus hand me. Blank stare!!!! No offer for refund jus asked if I want anything else. I did not or I would have Ordered something else. I jus go park to wait for my food because I am getting angry. So I check the pepsi he gave me no syrup. Kid brings out my order this pepsi is bad too blank stare! No leadership Won't be going back.

We had to return after we found missing items in our order when we arrived home. Refused to put back on credit card. Would only give a coupon to replace the missing items. Not acceptable.

Chili was warm but not hot. There were several tables, chairs and booths to be wiped down but not getting done. A few staff members were conversing rather than working together and conversing.I end up getting sick not long after my visit. Culver's was the only thing I had all day. My visit was 4 14 22. Please ensure things are being temp logged, rotated, etc.

Wow! The customer service here is exceptional! This team deserves recognition for the cheerful environment they've created. Thank you for a wonderful lunch—the food was great as well!

I visit my family during my college break. I and my grandmother believed culvers because they live in a pension home and my college has no culvers in a reasonable ride. L.T davis was an extraordinary cashier who took our order with the highest care and friendliness. my grandmother got pommes instead of the tweeper rings she wanted, and L.T davis made sure she got her correct order in time and she got hot and fresh out. thanks for the great experience with me and my family!
