Dunkin' - Rockford

Food is good, the girls always seem to have an attitude , especially towards GrubHub drivers. Atmosphere sucks cause it's a TINY location

Service was fast ... I wasn't even there 3 min ... People were friendly.... And the drink was made perfectly..... What else is there to say.... Cost wasn't any more than McDonald's mise well stop in and get something a little better the same price withbetter service .

I always go to this dunkin and if I can always bring my pup with me, and they are unfortunately not allowed to spend pup tassen that is so sad because this is a very common thing to put on others, but cried on the layer working on Sunday 8/28 at 1:30 o'clock for making dukes day he was so happy to have a sweet little tasty and that made my day so thank you!

The attitudes in the morning are really disappointing. It’s frustrating when my order is messed up, and then I'm not even given my change after parking. On top of that, it seemed like there was a fuss about bringing my change out to me. Some additional training in customer service and communication would definitely help improve the experience.

I've never had a negative experience at this restaurant.
