Hardee's - Rockford

Definitiw would have there 5 stars, but they do not sell any roast beef sandwiches, so they have luck getting the 4 stars of me, but the burger I had was really good, it is really good people work and we are very courteous tables were not very clean, but what do they expect when they are really busy

I will not be coming back to this unhappy place. Every single employee is very unprofessional and no happy faces. I want a place that I can feel welcomed in and wanting to come back! But no it wont change it seems like. Do better hardees.

I've got to the point to where I make it a weekly thing to go out to Loves once a week to have one of thier Angus burgers ?!!!! Thought I'd try a ham last week was a little disappointed with that, I ordered the regular ham sandwich and there's was barely any ham on it.. Other than that I have no complaints !!!

There was what appears to be a pill in the milkshake I received. When I asked the manager about it she became very rude. I wasn't even asking for my money back, I just wanted to know what was in my drink. Appalling.

Was the 04/07/22 I ordered 2 Frisco combos and 2 cheeseburgers . Paid $32 and didn't get my cheeseburgers and my fries were cold and didn't even get a full order. I gave the guy at the window exact change and it really threw him off. I know working fast food isn't fun but I mean if you can't do any better than that then stay home or close your doors. Loves truck stop is fine but Hardee's needs closed down.
