Mcdonald's - Rockford

I live close to you so I often stop there. I love her sweet tee and for $1,10 no 1 can beat that. even though they offered many different employees. the customer service is nice, but the biggest failure I believe is that the orderings will be correct and sometimes drive thru can be very time-consuming. they are busy. parking: many parking spaces and they are wheelchair accessible.

Order 2 cheeseburger senf tweebel only and got ketchup tweebel only, the quarter with cheese was made right- 10 years ago mcdonalds was the best fast food- no longer

The nuggets were gross as if they’d been sitting there since lunch. We got there at 5:35. Failed to give us any of the sauces we asked for and the fries were cold.

The service was terrible and the food was cold. If I could give it a 0, I would. This was the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The staff was too busy chatting back and forth, giggling and laughing as if they were at home having a party.

This McDonald's is fairly typical. They tend to make mistakes about half the time and the ice cream machine and McCafe machine are often out of order. But when your little one craves nuggets and fries, they always deliver. ?‍
