Mitten Pizza Company - Rockford

Called at 8:35 To place order for pizza. I pressed 1 to place order and I was kept on hold, then I was hung up on. In other words, they don't take orders 25 minutes before they close!! I also tried on- line while on hold with no luck.. they close at 9!! Poor business practice.

Yikes, this pizza was not good. We ordered several pizzas for an event a few days ago because we LOVE the pizza from their original location. The crust was so tough and they had barely any toppings on. I could eat at their other location every day of my life but we won’t be back here.

The fact that you can get a vegan pepperoni pizza is the whole reason I come here. Amazing selection of toppings and easily best in the area in that regard. That being said, for a pizza restaurant they really need to work on perfecting their bread! The crust is always so hard, like the kind you have to pull away from your mouth… next day leftovers are practically out of the question as the pizza is so stiff!

I was very disappointed in the curse of the goat pizza. The crust was soggy, hardly any toppings, really had to look for the sausage and it looked like they used cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella. The basil was definitely not fresh, I had it before at the other mitten location and it was delicious. I will not order from that location again.

Great pizza but double check your order. I called in via phone. And both of my pizzas were made incorrectly. I was asked if i would like them to remake them for me. Which of course i did. I then had the other worker in the kitchen argue with me that i was wrong and they made my order correctly? I guess I’ll order online next time since they are incapable of punching a button on an iPad correctly.
