Steak N Shake - Rockford

That was the first time I ever was in a steak n shake. I loved it. the manager girl was attentive, friendly and seemed to worry when I saw her busy when we were there. I believe honestly, she has a bright future and has the ability beyond her current position. it was on 3/25/22 at about 1400. black girl dressed in black. eating was also good. reasonably expensive.

Wow! customer service was great! the food came out quickly. they order from a kiosk when they go and pick it up at the theke. saves themselves with slow waiting staff. there was a man who went to cleansing and control the people, his attitude and his smile were great!

I wasn't in a steak yet and shook for one, but this had great customer service. they forgot our order of the two-rings, but when I came in, the manager saw that I was waiting with my dedication. she had made her hot and fresh immediately

The man who made double duty as kitchen and toilet staff was the most beautiful, most respected person. if I had $50, I would have tipped him so much.

Much better than the location in DeKalb. Fast, friendly, and made with care. The fries are salted here too, which DeKalb hasn't seemed to do for years.
