The service at this Subway was incredibly slow and the staff seemed to misunderstand my simple request for a little mustard, resulting in a messy sandwich with mustard sprayed everywhere.
The service was excellent, with friendly staff and a very clean and pleasant environment. I highly recommend this place, and the sandwiches are one meter long and delicious.
I usually order the same thing every time I come, but this time I decided to try something new. The woman at the counter, Jasmin, recommended the chicken teriyaki. The food was amazing. The meat was hot and delicious, Jasmin was helpful and friendly, and had a great smile. I would definitely recommend this place! Parking is available on the corner of the mini mall.
The sandwich maker at Amy's had a terrible attitude! I asked for my bacon to be heated in the microwave instead of the toaster, but she still tried to toast it. I had to insist that I wanted it microwaved. She reluctantly microwaved my bacon and seemed annoyed by my request. When I asked if she was having a bad day, she denied it and continued with a bad attitude. I asked when my bacon would be ready, and she mumbled something in response. I decided not to waste my lunch break dealing with someone who lacked good customer service skills. I also inquired about the corporate number, but she claimed they didn't have one, telling me to contact their manager Deanna instead. I won't be coming back to this place again!
