Taco Bell - Rockingham

I ordered two drinks through the app, but when I arrived at the drive-thru, the staff member informed me that online orders could only be picked up inside. There were no signs indicating this at the drive-thru, and if it were true, I don’t understand why the app allowed me to select the drive-thru option. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to go inside, and the attendant seemed to have an attitude when I explained my situation. She asked me to pull up, but forgot to turn off her headset, and I overheard her say, "I don't see why she can’t..." I decided to leave because I didn't want to receive food from someone who was clearly irritated with me. This isn’t the first time I've encountered problems at this location, but it will definitely be my last.

Despite appearing to be understaffed, the food and service were prompt. The staff were polite and cheerful, and the food was outstanding. There are some great team members working there today!

I rated it 2 stars because I enjoy Taco Bell's food occasionally, and the Taco Supremes were as good as always, which I appreciated. However, the real issue was the ordering process at the kiosk, which turned out to be a huge time-waster. It took me twice as long to place my order as it should have. If there had been other customers there, it might have made the experience a bit better, but by the time I finished tapping buttons on the screen, I wished I had just gone to the Cookout across the street instead.

I love taco bell but since COVID when you go in you have to ring yourself up and do your payment. There's a skeleton crew working.

The employees gave my DoorDasher a terrible time! They gave my original order to someone else and on top of that they made my third dasher wait in access of 30 minutes because she spoke with me and refused to leave without the order. Terrible way totreat your customer and vendor!
