Family Pizza Roast Beef - Rockland

Placed an order through DoorDash for over $100. The food never arrived and the phone number was out of service.

I ordered through DoorDash just before 10PM. At 11:23PM, the restaurant confirmed my order and immediately marks it as delivered. It was never delivered. I was charged through DoorDash for food that I never received.

I ordered a tuna club and a pizza which never arrived. DoorDash showed it as arrived which was false. Obviously something wrong here. No picture of delivered. Guess I won’t know how food is here bc it’s the only place I’ve had an issue with . I will not order again here.

Wanted Roast beef sandwich yesterday, they didn't have any, you advertise as a Roast beef restaurant, said they sold out, didn't believe that story, ate our lunch inside, no customers coming in and the phone never rang, steak and mushrooms sub was awful

So we love eating here and will continue to eat here love the pizza and subs however tonight they dropped the ball a little bit with the shrimp scampi it was cold when we got it and the drive was not wearing a mask
