Feedback gevenI love the bun taco, but the last two times I ordered from this restaurant the bun was very stale and they didn't give me the sauce I ordered. I don't have a car, so when I order food I use restaurants within a mile from me. I also order double meat and cheese. If in fact this was doubled, than you would be getting very little meat and no cheese on a regular order.
We had lunch there today and it was the worst fast food I have ever had in my life. Tiny portions of slightly warmed tortillas around unmelted cheese, miniature pieces of microwaved chicken....disgusting. The parent company does not care. Awful.
This review is based on multiple visits over a 3 month period. There is something very wrong at this location, definitely needs new management. First, the service is unbelievably slow each time I visit, to the point I can't even call this fast food. Most recently I and several other cars waited in the lot for over 20 minutes for food to be brought out (even though not busy), and since there is no system for this they tried to give me the wrong food. The milkshake machine has been broken for several months. For soda they fill the ice to the brim forcing purchase of the huge cup just to get the equivalent of a small drink at other chains, and the mobile app has no option to request lite ice. This location puts less cheese in the tacos than other locations. I don't plan to return to the Rocklin location, even though it is the closest to me, for a long long long time.
The drive though line is ridiculous. Waiting 20 minutes for a milkshake is not good business. However the employee at the drive thru was very nice.
Slow. Guy working forgot to give me my coffee. I hope it was his first day today. Can't imagine if I wasn't the only carving the drive thru.
