Feedback gevenThe customer service is exceptional; the staff is always super friendly and eager to help with any questions you might have or to provide recommendations. You can really tell that everyone working there enjoys their job, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Another aspect I appreciate about Dutch Bros is their commitment to giving back to the community, especially during times of need—like with the recent fires. It’s rare to find companies that are so willing to lend a helping hand. This is definitely one of my main reasons for supporting them. Without a doubt, I will be returning many times!
I have kids who love stickers, so I went to get some for them. On the 1st of each month, be prepared for a long line at the drive-thru and walk-up. The restaurant offers a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes.
I really love the coffee, but the service in Rocklin is terrible! Waiting 15 minutes to take an order from just one car is absolutely ridiculous, especially during busy hours. I'm not sure what the staff is doing, but management really needs to improve their training.
Their iced coffee are pretty good, just a little too sweet for me. Maybe next time will ask for half the sugar. Staffs are really nice. Line is long like a 15 min wait but not bad
Whoever thought that this would be A good location for this Dutch brothers was Was high on something The customers constantly block sunset And Springview Have almost gotten into an accident over a dozen times since it opened As for their drinks even though it says it's Dutch Brothers coffee they don't serve coffee their drinks are very sweet And do not taste much like coffee
