Jimboy's Tacos - Rocklin

This is the worst Jimboy's location. It's always closed during business hours and never answers the phone. What's the point of having a business if it's never open?

I always have a fantastic experience at this restaurant. While the hours can be a bit inconsistent, the staff is always friendly, and the food is excellent!

Our family of three found ourselves with a little time for a quick taco dinner between two appointments one afternoon. After a very hot fitness training session, we decided to give Jimboy's in Rocklin another chance. Upon entering, I commented to my family about how beautiful the place seemed. However, once we reached the register, I asked an employee how things were going, and he simply replied, "HOT." I initially thought he meant it was hot outside, but then I wondered if the kitchen was to blame. So, I asked, "Is it hot in the back?" He responded, "No, it's hot in the dining area." I was taken aback since I had just mentioned how nice it felt. He insisted it was indeed too hot for customers to be comfortable, which I found hard to believe. Thinking it might be a joke, we decided to take our business elsewhere and won't be returning to this location. The service, food, and hours have been incredibly inconsistent, which is quite disappointing.

I like being biased because I haven't had Jimboys for over 10 years, but it was great. I miss the El Gordo's tho

The food is good. They are closed at odd hours now. Went yesterday and someone was working but doors were locked. Website says closed Saturday and Sunday too. Sad. It was my go too
