Feedback gevenEveryone smiling and friendly but too focused on each other. The customer is ALWAYS supposed to come first. It doesn't take that long to make a sandwich but when you can't work and talk at the same time it makes it take FOREVER. I watched the lady that made my sandwich finish her conversation while holding the bag with my food in it. I'll go back ONE MORE TIME to see if the customer service improves. If it doesn't I'll be going to Panera instead in the future.

Made sandwiches 30 minutes before end of pickup time, asked for extra money when arrived because online ordering website has “old prices”… Wow?!? Should have made food when scheduled so it’s not a soggy mess, and the food should have been given for amount paid via online ordering. Fix your website if pricing is wrong, that’s not the customers fault it’s yours, sourdough. I should have asked for my gratuity back because you didn’t deserve it.
Just passing thru Rocklin CA from south Carolina stopped had pastrami sandwich best I've ever had and I'm 62 staff was friendly.. gonna stop back by on way home..try roast beef sandwich ..very clean
The nicest people ever! They made an honest mistake on our order and didn't charge us. They were so gracious. The sourdough bread and clam chowder were really good.Food: 5/5
