Feedback gevenThis place is very overestimated for the whole hype. My son and I arrived at a Saturday night at 8:00. We immediately sat with a glass of water, and we waited and waited. The frustration level was established. The server for our table was busy getting excited by a cartridge that had discovered a bottle of wine. It was like the bullet kept the court. It seemed the owners and the management waited for bent knees. That should have been my first point, but I gave them the advantage of doubt. But the lack of recognition continued. On the opposite side, where we sat, was a larger party. When the waiter was ready to beautify his presence of the wine god, he quickly ran over our table and began a conversation with the larger group. Common pleasures, but come.... Think you could ask us if we wanted a little more than water before you started puffing your chest that let the other males know how great you were. It was only after 15 minutes at the Stewing that I defeated the owner who requested the service. The owner with the Pomp and the flair of a Matre de in Paris grabbed his fingers to beckon the server that arrived a few minutes later. The owner is full of himself, pompous and ugly. And if you think this is humorous, within minutes, the owner flashed his new iPhone4 around the restaurant mingling with his favorite customers while recording a video. I've seen such yuppies before. But most disappointing was the food. The menu recalled a high-end California style bistro with all the sweet terms and ingredients. What was missing was the ability to melt and improve the flavors. I remember the times when I prepared a special dish from an Alice Waters style recipe. After the hours get the ingredients, then after step by step the recipe only to use a barely palable dish of “common food”. This story makes food good. Great ingredients, bad execution. Well, whoever thought, lamb shoulder with a strawberry sauce to accompany the lamb. Hmm, sounds interesting – NOT IMPRESSED. It's a track for me to give 2 STARS. The highlight was the wine and beer menu. Bottom line: If you want to be surrounded by a bunch of “full by yourself, want to be” that is your place! If you are looking for a delicious food and a palate improvement experience... you have to go elsewhere
