The Human Bean - Rocklin

Wow, wow! what a sweet little spot. it fits on the drive thru (2 side) and there is also a order window. I want to say that her menu is big.

We stop here every time we're in town. it is a really nice place to drive or go. the personal is very friendly. the service is even quite fast.

Came here for the first time at 15 o'clock today. there was a gas in front of me, and that was waiting for one. I ordered the frozen hot chocolate and it was.

Usually love the Bean, with the exception of once or twice over the years. With that being said, I decided I would share today's experience. I understand being understaffed, which wasn't the issue, so we patiently waited in the only open line. I ordered a peanut butter java chip granita, showing the employee a pic on my phone I got off HB's social media, and was very disappointed. There was not one hint of peanut butter flavor, nor were there any chips that come with the java chip granitas I've had in the past. The lid was a flat style, and not the typical domed ones, but I suppose they could have understandably been out of them. We just weren't told. Hopefully next time, HB can redeem themselves. Thank you.

I was excited to try coffee from here, but I didn?t have a good experience. The service was fantastic and the Java chip granita tasted good, but after drinking it, I was sick for the rest of the day and couldn?t keep anything down. I?m guessing one of the products used was no good.
